This policy explains what information Speedy French ("we", "us") collects from students and teachers who use this site, and how it's used. Speedy French is operated by Tasklada Limited.
Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and the region you select (Canada or Nigeria). Teachers additionally provide a bio and areas of specialty. When you book a session, we record the date, time, and teacher involved. When you submit a payment, we record the amount, method, and a reference code you provide — we do not collect or store card numbers, bank login details, or other financial credentials, since payments are made directly by e-transfer or bank transfer outside this site.
How we use it
We use this information to run the service: to create and manage your account, match students with teachers, schedule and track sessions, confirm payments and activate plans, and calculate teacher payouts. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers (such as Firebase/Google Cloud) that host the site and database.
Data retention
We keep account and booking records for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for bookkeeping purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Your choices
You can review and update most of your profile information from your dashboard. To request a copy of your data, or to have it deleted, email us at payments@speedyfrench.com.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
