These terms govern your use of Speedy French, operated by Tasklada Limited. By creating an account, you agree to them.
The service
Speedy French connects students with French tutors for one-on-one and group lessons, including a dedicated TCF Canada exam prep track. We facilitate bookings and payments; lessons themselves are delivered by independent teachers.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Teacher accounts are subject to admin approval before they can accept bookings.
Payments and plans
Plans are paid for by e-transfer (Canada) or bank transfer (Nigeria) and activated once payment is confirmed by an admin. Sessions are drawn from your plan's balance as you book them, and monthly plans top up automatically each period. We don't process card payments or store payment credentials on this site.
Cancellations and rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule a booked session from your dashboard. Cancelling refunds the session back to your plan balance. We ask that you give as much notice as possible — sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice still go through, but please be considerate of your teacher's time.
Refunds
Because plans are billed manually rather than through automatic recurring payments, refund requests are handled case by case — contact us and we'll work it out with you.
Acceptable use
Please treat teachers and other students with respect. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the platform, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
